The equipment is a three-roller, photoelectric positioning; through the roller that matches the cross-section of the profile, the displacement of the intermediate roller is adjusted using the principle of three-point arc formation, so that the profile is fed multiple times on the roller, and the profile is formed one after another to the required radius.The length of the feed is collected by the encoder, and the rotation of the roller is controlled by the PLC system, which automatically matches the linear speed of the roller. At the same time, the displacement of all rollers adopts a closed-loop rolling and bending servo system to meet the requirements of high thrust and high precision.
